Fanart "centurions"

I don't know if anyone remembers this guy. He is the villain in an old cartoon "centurions". This is one of my favorite cartoons in my childhood. I recently saw this again. I remembered a lot of interesting things. Then I tried to draw a concept art to commemorate this funny guy.
